I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 business days for processing and production. Once your order is shipped, average delivery times are 15–21 business days.

Tracking numbers are typically updated 3–5 days after shipping. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, feel free to email us at admin@bannerandcloth.com

I’m not satisfied with my order — can I return it? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Be sure to include your name and order number with the return.

If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before starting the return process.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You may cancel your order at no charge as long as it hasn’t been shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow our return process for a refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at admin@bannerandcloth.com within 24 hours.
After that window, we cannot guarantee changes or refunds due to incorrect address submissions.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, delivery takes 15–25 business days from the time your order is shipped.
