At Banner & Cloth, all our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print-on-demand partners. This allows us to offer you a wider selection of designs while reducing waste and environmental impact.
Processing & Fulfillment Time
Each item is custom printed just for you. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill before shipping. During peak times (such as holidays), this may take a little longer.
Shipping Times (after fulfillment)
U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.00.
International Shipping
 We DO NOT ship internationally at this time.Â
Delays & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us so we can help.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reship or refund orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at purchase.
